i had stage lll vulvar dyslplasia that was treated with surgery. The last biopsy came back negative. It also showed scarring with chronic inflammation and eosinophils.

Should I be using a topical creme (imiquimod) to prevent reoccurence?

My doctor told me it rarely comes back, but I have read otherwise. I am 60 and in good health.
